Xiuhui Lim (she/her/hers) is Regional Director for the East at The Bail Project.
Xiuhui develops strategies for deepening and broadening TBP’s impact and has more than a dozen years of experience in strategy, program design, operations, and management in human services and criminal justice. Prior to joining TBP, Xiuhui helped nonprofit organizations develop ambitious new strategies and strengthen their operations as a management consultant for the civic sector. She also supported New York City agencies to implement major policy shifts, including bail reform and Raise the Age, and provided technical assistance to cities working to improve economic opportunity for justice-involved residents, strengthen fine and fee justice, and address racial disparities in health outcomes.
Xiuhui started her career in the Singapore government, where she served in various leadership roles prior to moving to the U.S. Her work focused on improving protections and supports for migrant workers and low-income families.
Xiuhui received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.A. from NYU, both in philosophy.
