We work to put ourselves out of business.

Our staff are the secret to our success, from our Bail Disruptors and Client Advocates across the country to our Storytellers, Data Scientists, Policy Advocates, and more.

In addition to responding to the humanitarian crisis created by cash bail by bailing out thousands of people every year, the long-term goal of our team is to advance systemic change and work ourselves out of business.
