In Mississippi, The Bail Project has partnered with The Mississippi Bail Fund Collective hosted by People’s Advocacy Institute. Our partnership site serves people incarcerated across the state of Mississippi. The Mississippi Bail Fund Collective is a coalition of social workers, attorneys, and activists from across Mississippi working to address the injustices perpetrated by Mississippi’s cash bail system. We are collaborating with The Mississippi Bail Fund Collective to amplify their capacity to bail people out and support those individuals throughout the duration of their cases.
