A force for positive change
We work to put ourselves out of business.
Our staff are the secret to our success, from our Bail Disruptors and Client Advocates across the country to our Storytellers, Data Scientists, Policy Advocates, and more.
In addition to responding to the humanitarian crisis created by cash bail by bailing out thousands of people every year, the long-term goal of our team is to advance systemic change and work ourselves out of business.
Do you share our commitment to equality, dignity, and justice?
If we have open positions, they will appear below. If we aren’t currently hiring, don’t worry, you can still be part of the movement!
The Bail Project is proud to be an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and actively seeks the candidacy of people of color, women, LGBTQIA+ people, and formerly incarcerated individuals. We are committed to inclusive hiring and dedicated to diversity in our work and staff.
We strive to be the change we want to see in the world.
From selecting our staff and building a healthy team culture, to implementing our goals and developing as leaders, our 7 core values guide our day-to-day work as well as strategic vision for the organization.
