Rob Mesika (he/him) is a Senior Data Insights Manager at The Bail Project.
Prior to joining TBP, Rob worked for the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), where he helped staff improve services and program outcomes through the use of data. He also worked as a Research Analyst at MDRC—a social policy research non-profit—designing, implementing, and managing staff professional development. Prior to MDRC, Rob interned in the White House Office of National AIDS Policy where he assisted in achieving the executive office’s public health goals around HIV/AIDS.
Rob graduated with an M.P.A. from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and a B.A. in Philosophy from Brandeis University. He is staunchly dedicated to improving the lives of underserved communities and ensuring that everyone’s right to dignity is upheld.
In his free time, Rob enjoys skiing, playing rugby, working out, and hiking with his two dogs.
