Lillian Kalish is a Project Associate at The Bail Project. Lillian is responsible for various projects, including researching and writing on bail history and developing TBP’s newsletter.
Previously, Lillian worked as an arts and culture journalist at The Myanmar Times in Yangon, Myanmar with the help of a Princeton in Asia Fellowship. Lillian has held internships with The ChinaFile and The Asian American Writers’ Workshop and has freelanced articles for Hyperallergic, ArtNews, Frontier Myanmar and more. A Los Angeles native, Lillian received a B.A. in Political Science and Chinese from Vassar College.
