As a system-impacted person and native of Los Angeles, Dominique understands the role that the cash bail system has played in further financially crippling lower and middle class communities. Dominique has an unwavering desire and devotion to social change and uses her passion for community outreach to promote civic empowerment and criminal justice reform.
