Daryl Pierce is a Client Support Specialist in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to joining TBP, Daryl served for 10 years as the Lead Reentry Coach at the National Alliance for the Empowerment of the Formerly Incarcerated (NAEFI). Throughout his career, Daryl has served in a variety of roles, including as an Outreach Coordinator and Work-Force Strategist for UR Chicago Alliance, a Substance Abuse Counselor with A Safe Haven Foundation, and a Program Manager for the implementation of the READI initiative by way of the Heartland Alliance and the Institute for Nonviolence Chicago in the neighborhoods of Austin and Maywood. Daryl has also served in roles as a Supervisor for Ceasefire, as a Case Manager through the Cook County Sheriff’s Alternative to Temporary Housing Program (CCSATH), and for Safer Foundation’s Working-4-Peace program. Daryl holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University and is a Spring 2021 Master’s in Social Work candidate with a concentration in mental health at Northeastern Illinois University.
