Carrie Cole is a Bail Disruptor in Louisville, Kentucky.
Prior to joining The Bail Project, Carrie has worked at the Kentucky State Cabinet of Health and Family Services, as a Family Advocate for Head Start families, as a youth counselor at a therapeutic residential facility, and with Kentucky Refugee Ministries. She received her undergraduate degree in Social Work at the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work. She is currently working towards her Master’s of Science degree in social work from the Kent School and will graduate in May of 2020. Since August of 2019, she has worked with The Bail Project as her Master’s Practicum placement. Upon graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in policy change and advocacy surrounding criminal justice reform.
