BoEllis Skidmore (Bo) is a Bail Disruptor in Phoenix, Arizona.
Prior to joining TBP, Bo spent five years working in addiction and recovery services, primarily as a Peer Support specialist and Navigator for Community Bridges. The highlight of Bo’s time with Community Bridges was working with the Hand in Hand program, reaching individuals incarcerated and awaiting court hearings at the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix. It was Bo’s job to connect incarcerated individuals with mental health treatment, drug/alcohol treatment, and other social services to assist with re-entry and reduce recidivism.
BoEllis is a proud Native American from the White Mountain Apache Tribe, who has been fortunate to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College, and is a veteran of the United States Army. The main enjoyment of Bo’s life is spending time with his three children, working on cars, woodworking, and fishing.
