Devi Davis is a Community Advocate and Partnership Manager at The Bail Project.
Prior to joining TBP, Devi worked for the Department of Child Services/Child Support Bureau as an Outreach Coordinator, where she helped develop outreach initiatives serving families in Indiana. Her desire is to be a part of change in ending mass incarceration and the cycle of incarceration.
Devi has extensive experience working in Marion County Jail, as a Bail Commissioner through the Marion County Justice Agency, as well as an Access and Visitation Case Manager for the Marion County Superior and Circuit Court, helping families reach parenting time agreements.
Devi was born in India and was adopted by an American family. She came to the United States in the early 80’s and grew up on the east side of Indianapolis. Devi graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice.
