Ashley Pruitt is an Operations Manager at The Bail Project.
Ashley began her career in social services in Cleveland, Ohio where she served in many capacities to combat the systemic issues faced by those in low-income circumstances. Ashley worked in gang prevention to bring high-impact programming to the service desert areas of Cleveland, and coordinated efforts amongst local nonprofits. Ashley worked with youth in step-down transition, helping to prepare them for emancipation from the foster care system. She also led multisite educational initiatives for the Boys & Girls Club.
Prior to joining TBP, Ashley held several roles with the Department of Health and Human Services in Nevada. Ashley led the southern region quality management unit of community-based care, managed oversight of Medicaid waiver reviews, monitored provider accountability under the Frail Elderly and Physically Disabled waivers, and most recently, worked in evaluation of the Intellectual Disability waiver service provisions.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology, a Master of Arts in Urban Leadership, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
