Daryl McAdoo is the Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships & Advocacy for The Bail Project.
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Daryl received his B.A. in Psychology from Yale University and his Ph.D. in Higher Education & Organizational Change from UCLA. Before joining The Bail Project, Daryl founded and led multiple educational impact organizations in St. Louis, including Preclarus Mastery Academy charter middle school and the New Legacy Top-College Pipeline Initiative. Daryl also serves as an instructor and critical researcher at UCLA’s Graduate School of Education & Information Sciences.
